SUMMARY:Gentle Yoga to Ease Aches and Pains
DESCRIPTION:Come one\, come all for this gentle yoga class meant to stretch and ease sore spots! All are welcome\, and chair modifications will be offered for anyone who needs it. We will practice breath work\, and move the spine through extension\, flexion\, rotation and lateral stretches. We will share pose names to build familiarity with the asana practice\, and end the class with a guided meditation.
