DESCRIPTION:These times call for dance. Dancing through the chaos. \nThere has been a call in our community to come together and dance. This is for us\, all together\, to create what we want. To gather in community as we envision. \nSend in your song requests to add to our playlist. Plus we will have some live drumming too! Kat will share just a few prompts to help us all to drop in and dance it out. And before we leave\, there will be time to rest–on the ground if you’d like–while gentle percussion sounds fill the air. Maybe\, just maybe\, you will feel this all land in your body like a nourishment. \nOnly together can we create the kind of gatherings that bring strength\, healing and connection to our communities.
