In this class gentle slow movement along with sound vibration and frequency therapy will be combined to foster the perfect environment to ignite the flame between body\, soul and spirit. In this class we leave the mind at the door and only feel our way through the journey of enlightenment. Enjoying not only the destination but the journey along the way.
