She earned her Ph.D. in Biology at Tufts University in 2005. Since 2010\, she has been studying Qi Gong and Tai Chi with Master Ming Wu and Master Shi Zhao. She finished her Fengyang Qi Gong Associate Instructor training in 2020 and has been teaching Qi Gong since at Wu Healing Center and Morse Institute Library.

She earned her Ph.D. in Biology at Tufts University in 2005. Since 2010\, she has been studying Qi Gong and Tai Chi with Master Ming Wu and Master Shi Zhao. She finished her Fengyang Qi Gong Associate Instructor training in 2020 and has been teaching Qi Gong since at Wu Healing Center and Morse Institute Library.

From the tradition of the great love poet Rumi\, these classes provide instruction in the whirling practice which polishes the heart\, clears the mind\, and trains the body to participate in wordless prayer. \nThe format of the classes will usually include warm-up exercises\, then turning instruction\, Zikr\, and/or other aspects of Mevlevi Sufi tradition such as teachings from Rumi. \nFirst class by donation.
