DESCRIPTION:Yoga is a practice that brings together the mind and body.  In fact\, yoga means “to yoke” or unite.   It is an ancient healing practice that is both physical and spiritual\, incorporating postures\, breath\, and meditation.  Yoga heals!   Yoga provides relief from numerous forms of trauma\, anxiety\, and physical stiffness.  It also builds a strong physical and spiritual core.\n\n\nJoin us every Monday from 7-8 pm for a vinyasa flow that will strengthen and energize as well as promote flexibility and balance.  We will also experience inner peace by the closing meditation called Shivasana.  Please bring a mat and water bottle\, and the class meets in the beautiful sanctuary.  There is no registration required\, and the cost per class is $10 or a food pantry donation (the pantry is located outside the center).  Class will not meet on federal holidays.  Venmo: Jennifer-Kurz-2. DESCRIPTION:Yoga is a practice that brings together the mind and body.  In fact\, yoga means “to yoke” or unite.   It is an ancient healing practice that is both physical and spiritual\, incorporating postures\, breath\, and meditation.  Yoga heals!   Yoga provides relief from numerous forms of trauma\, anxiety\, and physical stiffness.  It also builds a strong physical and spiritual core.\n\n\nJoin us every Monday from 7-8 pm for a vinyasa flow that will strengthen and energize as well as promote flexibility and balance.  We will also experience inner peace by the closing meditation called Shivasana.  Please bring a mat and water bottle\, and the class meets in the beautiful sanctuary.  There is no registration required\, and the cost per class is $10 or a food pantry donation (the pantry is located outside the center).  Class will not meet on federal holidays.  Venmo: Jennifer-Kurz-2. DESCRIPTION:Join us as we gather\, just before midnight\, \nto celebrate the mystery of Christ’s birth\, \nto celebrate all the love and truth Jesus brought to this world\, \nand the mysterious way he continues to bring this love and truth to us after all these 2000+ years\, \nand to celebrate the birth and re-birth of God’s love \nas we experience it\, directly\, in our own lives. \n*** \nAll are welcome!All faiths\, all paths\, all love! \n*** \nThe Spiritual Center cultivates a pluralistic\, multi-faith\, inclusive and love-centered community. We offer this Midnight Christ-Mass as a free offering to members\, friends\, neighbors\, and strangers to our community. All are welcome\, including people of all ages! \nThis service will be facilitated and co-led by center director Rev. Dr. Ian Mevorach and others in the community. The service will include readings of scripture\, a very brief talk\, meditation\, burning of incense\, song\, and prayer.
