DESCRIPTION:Come in cozy clothes for a rejuvenating self-care session and leave feeling uplifted and supported in your self-care journey. \nPopularized self-care seems to be all about buying things and sitting in a bathtub\, but this workshop goes into holistic\, sustainable\, and new approaches to self-care inspired by listening to your specific needs and Wild Wellness practices for wellness and wholeness. \nOur circle consists of an opening grounding practice and a brief lecture that flows into open sharing.

We invite you to an unusual concert\, namely a fundraising event called “PLACE AND TIME”.\nThe collected funds will go to the needs of victims in Ukraine and Israel.\nSeveral musicians\, poets\, storytellers and other creative persona are invited to perform. The event will be in Russian.\nThe title “Place and Time” comes from the fact that this year we all found ourselves in a very difficult time\, and emotionally in places far away\, but very close to us.
