DESCRIPTION:Intro to Qi Gong \nHow to cultivate balance in body and mind and improve your life energy (Qi) \nTime: Saturdays from 8am – 9am\n \nQi Gong is a centuries-old system of coordinated body-posture and movement\, breathing\, and meditation used for the purposes of health\, spirituality\, and martial-arts training. These practices help cultivate concentration\, peace of mind\, strengthen and tone your body all at once. \nAll are welcome. No prior experience required. \nSuggested donation: $5-10 \nMeets in the Moon Room on the 3rd floor.  Enter through the school street door and come upstairs to find us. \nAbout the Instructor: \nWei Li grew up in Mainland\, China. She earned her Ph.D. in Biology at Tufts University in 2005. Since 2010\, she has been studying Qi Gong and Tai Chi with Master Ming Wu and Master Shi Zhao. She finished her Fengyang Qi Gong Associate Instructor training in 2020 and has been teaching Qi Gong since at Wu Healing Center and Morse Institute Library.

We’d love to share this sacred evening with you. \nFREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS \nWhere is it? – The event is held at the Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick\, MA which is a beautiful facility for an event like this. \nWhat time? – We start promptly at 6:30pm and go until 9:30pm (with a break in the middle). Please plan on arriving by 6:15pm so you have time to settle in and meet the other members. \nHow much? – The cost is $45 which is makes this a very affordable experience for anyone. This includes the cost of the cacao and the homemade vegan soup that’s provided at the end to help ground you. \nHow can I best prepare? – We will send you some instructions ahead of time.
