SUMMARY:Ecstatic Flow and Soundbath: exploring the rhythm of life
DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to announce the next Ecstatic Flow: exploring the rhythm of life on May 21st from 6:30-8pm at the Common Street Spiritual Center (13 Common St\, Natick).\n\nThis authentic movement exploration will take place in the sanctuary. The high ceilings\, stained glass\, woods floors and gorgeous sound will give us the foundation to move freely and connect into our primal movements.\n\nWe guide you into some yogic movements infused with fluid elements and encourage you to engage with the senses while deeply listening to your body.\n\nOver time the fluidity of movement turns into your own intuitive expression which some might call dance. As you tap into this harmony between your body and mind you become totally absorbed by the moment beyond the point of distraction and free yourself beyond the confines of your mind.The class ends with a blissful sound bath to soften the body\, relax the nervous system and glimpse into the oneness of consciousness.\n\nPlease bring your yoga mat and blankets\, pillows or anything to make yourself comfortable for the ending Soundbath meditation. Sliding scale offered. Investment for the 90 minute class is on a sliding scale of $20-40 (with options for a need based barter).
