These feelings are often best processed in the welcoming and empathetic arms of community.\nThat’s what we’re creating here \nThis event is for individuals experiencing a wide array of challenging emotions. Whether you’re grappling with…\n– Discouragement\n– Heartache\n– Loss of a loved one\n– Disappointment\n– A loss of any kind (career\, identity\, phase of life\, etc.)\n– Or just feeling blocked in your ability to open your heart to life\n…this inclusive and compassionate gathering is here to welcome you.\nOur Heart Healing Ceremony will be a three-hour experience where we’ll compassionately (and creatively) explore our more difficult feelings.\nAnd we’ll do it in ways that help you fully integrate them so they don’t remain “frozen” in place (which then just turns them into triggers that keep firing off again and again).\nDoes this resonate with you?
