Biodanza – The Dance of Life
October 13 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join us in a welcoming and compassionate space to dance, to play, to connect with our emotions all while revealing our identity through music, movement and group interaction. Biodanza invites us to transition from daily roles (masks) to the authentic self, using the music, the movement and group interaction for self-discovery. Identity is not fixed but is in constant, unfolding actualization. Identity is revealed when we move away from “duty” and toward the pleasure of being. Identity is already within us; this series is about revealing and strengthening our true selves through the dance of life.
This 12-week Fall series will be held every Tuesday beginning September 22. You are welcome to attend one or more classes but are encouraged to make the self-care commitment to attend all 12 classes, which build on each other as the series progresses.
Location: The Moon Room at Common Street Spiritual Center, 13 Common Street, Natick.
Cost: If this is the first time joining us, the first class is free. Subsequent classes are $20 per class or contribute what you can. Venmo @Laurie-Thibault-1 or by cash.
Classes are facilitated by Laurie Thibault and Doug Costello: Facilitator-trainees under the supervision of the Biodanza School SRT Montreal & Southwest Quebec.
Call/text Laurie Thibault at 781 315-7326 or email [email protected] with questions or to register.

What is Biodanza? Biodanza promotes deeper connection to life through beautiful music, movement and group interaction. There are no set steps to learn and no dance experience needed, only a desire to reawaken one’s enchantment with life through Vivencia – the experience of life lived fully in each moment! Carefully crafted exercises of circles, games, archetypal gestures, and encounters with others are offered in a warm and welcoming environment. Biodanza is an invitation to open one’s heart to rediscovering the joy of being alive…together!
